Only use a device of the proper size for your tyre. Follow any instructions provided by the car manufacturer. Fit the device by carefully following the instructions provided with the product.
Drive slowly, with caution and paying full attention, do not exceed 40 km/h (25 mph), avoid sudden acceleration and braking, slow down when taking curves and avoid skidding. Reduce speed even further on wet snow, especially in the additional presence of gravel.
Using the device on roads that are free from snow can cause rapid wear and tear of the fabric, which may negatively affect its efficiency. Stop the vehicle and check fitting in the case of unusual noise.
Fit the device as soon as conditions require it; don’t wait until you get stuck. The device should not be used on unsurfaced roads; rough surfaces may cause tearing of the fabric.
Remove the device as soon as you can when no longer necessary and when the vehicle is parked.
